The Akris Fall 2014 collection is high-tech photographic precision. There are night-vision images, stylized photographic provided by artist Thomas Ruff, 3-D surface-mount jewels, and embedded LEDs dotted across black dresses like stars in the night sky. The effects here work, as much of it is presented cleanly with minimal distraction.
