Ohne Titel Fall 2010

Ohne Titel's Flora Gill and Alexa Adams have been on FutureClaw's radar, and their fall 2010 collection is easily another big win.  The designers looked back to the 19th-century for inspiration, with such influences showing up in some of the buttoned-up leggings, victorian-era belts, and stocking shapes.  But those are details, as the overwhelming theme was a brutal and utilitarian futurism, with stunning high-tech sporty mesh fabrics and a palette of military-grade moss green, pewter, black, and khaki.  Militancy is certainly something we don't mind at FutureClaw on occasion, especially when softened with rich draped wool twill as in some of the standout looks.  Overall, the collection shows the maturity of Ohne Titel as they presented a solidly usable set of looks for this fall.
