Chanel Haute Couture Fall 2012

Karl Lagerfeld took a nostalgic trip back through time for Chanel's Haute Couture Fall 2012 collection.  Entitled "New Vintage", the collection consisted of classic Chanel design elements, from tweedy fabric to black and gray check to pink embellished tulle.  The trip through history channeled silhouettes from nearly every decade of the 20th century, from the 30's bolero jackets through 80's shoulders and hemlines, with enough variety here to handle any mood the exclusive couture buyer may be in.
