On the anniversary of his death, a special collection of Kurt Cobain photographs by Jesse Frohman is being exhibited at The Morrison Hotel Gallery in New York. These rare photos taken in his final days portray a silly Cobain, goofing around in his vintage Air Force hat and Jackie-O sunglasses, while giving no indication of any of the personal troubles that ultimately took him away. Captured at the peak of Cobain's career, Frohman's photographs represents everything great about the early 90's, and looking at these photos reminds the viewer exactly how cool grunge was.
Jesse Frohman's Kurt Cobain photos are on display at the Morrison Hotel Gallery in New York from April 6-April 22, 2012. Follow Jesse on twitter here: @jessefrohman.
